The five-day workshop is an intense, hands-on learning experience.   We will use a small-group, problem-based approach to learning. Each day there will be:

•  one plenary session
•  two small group sessions (morning and evening)
•  three hours of independent study time (afternoon).

Because of the group dynamics, we ask that participants attend all parts of the workshop.  The EBHC Workshop does not have language translation capabilities, therefore English fluency is required of all participants.

Program Emphasis: Past participants have said we should underline the work in workshop. This is a unique opportunity to participate in an intensive learning experience that we hope you will utilize in your daily work and pass on to your colleagues. We encourage participants to plan some vacation time around the workshop -- but not during the workshop.
